SenzeCare Services

We aim to provide you with an access to caregivers with a wide range of services that meet your needs.

Basic Elder-sitting at home

Visiting Client’s elderly in their homes. Assisting with the following tasks:

- Assisting obtaining (purchase, warming up existing meals, etc.);

- Administering (helping elderly to consume) these meals. Depending on the time of a day – breakfast/launch/dinner); Cleaning the dishes and tidy after the meal is consumed.

- Oversight and ensuring the prescription medications are consumed according to the elderly’s doctor instructions.

Advanced Elder-sitting at home

Visiting Client’s elderly in their homes (could be multiple times a day). Assisting with the following tasks:

- MORNINGS: Assisting with dressing up and basic hygiene to get them ready for the day schedule.

- AFTERNOONS: Assist the elderly with afternoon activities and specified by the client and assist with lunch (obtain, warm up, administer, tidy up, etc. – as specified by the Client)

- EVENINGS: Assisting the elderly with the dinner and tidying up, basic evening hygiene and assisting the elderly to undress into pyjamas and put them to their bed.

Applicable to all schedules

- Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner: Assisting obtaining (purchase, warming up existing meals, etc.);

- Administering (helping elderly to consume) these meals.

- Oversight and ensuring the prescription medications are consumed according to the elderly’s doctor instructions.

Elder Monitoring

Morning, afternoon and/or evening visits (per Client’s schedule) to ensure the elderly is safe and sound.

Travel Companion

Accompanying the elderlies to their medical appointments (this may include driving, MRT, Bus – depending on the Client instructions). Picking an elderlies up, accompanying them to their appointment(s), waiting for the appointment completion and bringing them back to their home(s).

Home Physiotherapy and Basic Exercise Regime

Visiting elderlies as pre-determined schedule by the Client and assist them to perform the exercises and/or physiotherapy ordered by the qualified physiotherapists and/or doctors. Assist the elderly to perform basic exercises at home, or the elderly is wheel chair bound, accompany them to their points of physiotherapy appointments (see Medical Escort).

Mental and Verbal Engagement Activities

Reading, speaking, or other non-physical activities (such as playing games and engaging in art, musical or other creative activities) with or to the elderly. Having meaningful conversations with the elderly.

Basic Housekeeping

Light house cleaning such as moping the floors, toilets, and kitchen. Folding of clothes and general tidying the home. Excluded: Laundry, ironing, cooking.

Advanced Housekeeping

Light house cleaning such as moping the floors, toilets, and kitchen. Folding of clothes and general tidying the home. Included laundry, ironing, and cooking (per Client instructions).

Technology Adoption

Assist the elderly with the use of computers and mobile phones or other communication or electronic devices in use. Assist with downloading and use of mobile apps. Navigating the internet and websites. Excluded : Internet banking, unless requested and pre-authorized by the Client and/or the family members

Unique Experiences

Provide elderly with an opportunity to do what they love – for example: sing, play instrument, paint, craft, etc., SenzeCare Associates who possess those talents and skills can offer them as a part of the services.

SenzeCare is a platform offering Singapore Residents easy access to senior care type caregivers. We maintain an active database of Singapore caregivers who can meet each client’s unique needs. We collect Client’s and Caregiver’s feedback to ensure continuity and consistency of the care provided to our seniors and their families. We strive to provide Singapore Residents with the easy access to local caregivers that can meet your needs, so you can have peace of mind your loved ones receive the best care possible, as well to continuously improve on your experience using SenzeCare platform.

We aim to provide you with an access to caregivers with a wide range of services that meet your needs.
All you need to do is to Sign In the first time and complete the registration to obtain a free account. Select services you’d agree to provide and detail your experience. Once approved by SenzeCare your profile will be added to the caregiver directory and you can start bidding on the opportunities. Once the service is completed, you will receive the payment less 15% fee. In cases where a Client is not satisfied or have any complaints, we will hold the payment until such situation is resolved.
All you need to do is to register for a free account on SenzeCare website and Go to the Client drop down menu and “Create Task”. Once posted, the registered caregivers will have the opportunity to bit on the task, and you can select the caregiver that is the best for your needs. After the selection, you pay agreed amount which will only be released to the caregiver upon successful completion of the task. We will hold back the payments and assist to investigate any issues you may have with the service provided. We are not liable for the service nor the caregiver. SenzeCare is a platform bringing Clients and Caregivers together for a potential service. Caregivers in our directory are freelancers and not SenzeCare employees. We do not assign caregiver to you, you choose a caregiver that you pre-screen and therefore assume any liabilities related to actual service provided. Therefore it is important to make sure you screen the caregiver at least for the first time and provide honest feedback for the services and caregiver hired so we can improve on our Client future experience.
